Here’s what I do/have done to make me feel good-ish:

  • Humira (every other week) [twice]
  • methotrexate, up to largest possible dose for arthritis, pill form, once per week
  • Arava
  • Diclofenac
  • Cyclosporine
  • Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine)
  • Methylprednisolone taper [twice]
  • Prednisone
  • Remicade
  • Orencia
  • Diclofenac
  • Tramadol
  • Sulfasalazine (1,000 MG, twice per day)
  • Enbrel [twice] (off for now, to see how much it’s doing — or not doing.)
  • etodolac
  • folic acid (to help with oral ulcers)
  • methotrexate injection (once per week)
  • prednisone taper
  • Darvocet (as needed, for pain) [recalled]
  • Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) [again]
  • Enbrel [third time’s the charm?]
  • oxycodone, as needed (even with a half dose, it causes too much nausea, fatigue and general malaise.)
  • cyclobenzaprine (to help me sleep)
  • trazadone (to help me sleep) [the source of the weird headaches!]
  • cyclobenzaprine (again, to help me sleep)
  • multivitamin
  • flaxseed oil
  • fish oil [not quite vegetarian; looking for another source of Omega 3]
  • calcium + vitamin d supplement
  • exercise (yoga, walking)

  2. My list is just as large but you have to try turmeric Honestly! There is a new forum for psoriasis not open yet (not to many users) but there is great information on it about it (Turmeric) and other topics. I think the turmeric is slow release is better than darvocet. Please give it a try, you are to young for this pharmacy.
